园区育苗玻璃温室占地面积4368㎡。共分为四个功能区，潮汐灌溉育苗区、立体多层育苗机育苗区、配套设备区、综合配套区。温室内部拥有多种智能化和自动化设备，可以实现对温室内环境的精确控制，包括温度、湿度、光照等因素。这些技术的应用不仅提高了作物的生长效率，还降低了劳动成本和劳动强度，充分节约了土地资源，减少了病虫害威胁，并有效降低了育苗成本。温室内有风机湿帘、顶开窗和暖气设备，用于维持适宜的温度，提供作物最佳生长条件，所有设备都是通过自动化系统进行统一管理。

潮汐灌溉育苗区，占地面积1248㎡，可同时放置约7000个育苗盘，同批能满足200亩以上的种植需求，土地利用率是常规育苗的2倍。该区域主要提供番茄、茄子、辣椒等茄果类、瓜菜类等相关穴盘苗或平盘苗。潮汐式育苗易于实现水肥耦合智能化闭合循环利用和“零排放”，节水节肥节工效果显著，与传统育苗方式相比，节水50%、节肥75%、增效30%、省工60-70%，缩短苗龄4-6天。

播种催芽区，主要有自动化育苗生产线和智能催芽室配套完成自动化播种催芽工作。全自动播种线可以实现所有与播种相关的操作自动化，如填土、播种等，确保不重播、不漏播，精确播种，也可实现平盘和穴盘播种2种全自动播种形式的的转换，时效2000盘/h，是人工效率(20-30盘/h）的60-100倍。
全自动播种线播种后的平盘/穴盘直接进入智能催芽室进行恒温恒湿催芽，催芽室面积60㎡，可同时1200盘种苗催芽，通过硬件与软件设施的科学配置，实现对催芽室室内环境湿度，温度，光照，气流等的控制，创造理想催芽条件，实现工厂化批量生产，大大提高了种子发芽率和发芽势。
